Tour & activity operator websites that get you booked direct.

Real sites we built for tour & activity operators. Each one is designed around its own brand, has the operator's booking system on every page, and every page is built for Google and AI. Then we keep making it better, every week.

Beautiful sites. Built to grow bookings.

You should not have to pick between a site that looks great and one that sells. We design each site around your brand, and it runs on one of the most powerful platforms an operator can have. Two operators tell you what it did for them.

Your AI Start Here page updated too.

Built for you. Tweak it when you want.

  1. 01

    We build it.

Your site arrives filled with your tours, photos and reviews, connected to your booking system. You review a preview before it goes live.

  2. 02

    You tweak it.

Change text, photos and prices in the editor whenever you want. Or ask us: a real person replies, typically within 5 working hours.

  3. 03

    We run it.

Hosting, speed, security and updates are on us. Every week we look at your numbers and improve something.

Built for Google. And for AI.

Guests see your photos. AI reads your facts. So every page on a Gondola site is built for AI, not just the AI Start Here page. Here is one real site, both ways.

Know what's working. Bookings, not clicks.

Your bookings sit in your booking system. Your visitors show up in Google's tools. We bring it all together: Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, your booking system and our own first party data. Then we match direct bookings to the visits that brought them, so we can measure your marketing and improve it.

1Your data, from five places

  1. Google Search Console

The Google searches that show your site, and the clicks they bring

  2. Google Business Profile

Your Maps listing and its reports: calls, directions, website clicks

  3. Google Analytics

Visits to your site, and where they came from

  4. Your booking system

    The direct bookings themselves

    • FareHarbor
    • Peek Pro
    • Bokun
  5. Gondola site data

Our own first party data: where visitors came from and what they did on your site

2Brought together and matched

Matched in Gondola

We match direct bookings from FareHarbor, Peek Pro and Bokun to the visits that brought them. Google's numbers fill in what happened before the visit.

How we track where bookings come from

Gondola, next to a typical WordPress site.

Gondola: Our own platform, made for tour & activity operators

A typical WordPress site: WordPress, a theme and plugins

  • Speed

Gondola: No plugins to slow it down

A typical WordPress site: Plugins and page builders slow it down

A typical WordPress site: Whatever the theme puts out

  • Booking

A typical WordPress site: A widget, and no idea which bookings it brought

  • After launch

    Gondola: Improved every week

A typical WordPress site: Ask and wait

Questions about the websites.

Something else? A real person replies, typically within 5 working hours.

Can I keep my booking system?

Yes. Your site uses your booking system's own widget, so guests check out the way they do today. With FareHarbor, Peek Pro and Bokun, booking data also comes back to Gondola, so you can see where bookings came from. Checkfront, Rezdy, Xola, TripWorks and Regiondo work too.

How does moving my site to Gondola work?

We build the new site from your current one: your tours, your copy and your photos, pulled from the live site, so we do not need a login to your old host. If we touch something up, like sharpening an old photo, we tell you. Your current site stays up until you approve the new one.

Can I make changes myself?

Yes. Click any section in the editor to change text, photos, tours or prices, move a section up or down, or add one below. Or just ask us: a real person replies, typically within 5 working hours.

Do I keep my domain and email?

Yes. Your domain stays registered where it is, and we never touch your email. At launch, two DNS records change to point your domain at the new site, and we help you with it. After that, you can cancel your old hosting.

How long does a new site take?

Less than a week to deliver a brand new site. You see a preview first and leave notes. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

I have more than one location or brand. Does that work?

More than one location works well on one site, with a page for each location tied to its own Google profile. Separate brands usually get their own sites. We look at your setup, and what it means for cost, on the call.

Will I lose my Google rankings when we switch?

We check every page on your old site and redirect each old address to its new page, so links from other sites keep working. Pages that bring you visitors today keep a home on the new site. Rankings can move a bit after any switch, and we watch them closely.

Is it a template? Will it still look like us?

Your site runs on our platform, but it is designed around your brand: your colors, photos, tours and voice. We usually rework the page layout and menus so travelers and AI find things faster. You see a preview before anything goes live.

What is an AI Start Here page?

A plain page on your site that lists your facts for AI assistants: your tours, prices, phone number, location and links. We keep it current when your trips or prices change. Every other page on your site is built for AI too, so this page sits on top of that work.
